CORK CITY ROAD TRAFFIC (SPECIAL SPEED LIMIT) BYE-LAWS 2017

Cork City Council proposes to make the above-entitled Bye-Laws in respect of public roads within the City of Cork in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act 2004. The purpose of the proposed Bye-Laws is to consolidate existing byelaws within City administrative area and to update speed limits, A copy of the draft Cork City Road Traffic (Special Speed Limit) Bye- Laws 2017 will be available for public inspection during the period of Friday the 12th of May to Monday the 12th of June 2017 between the hours of 9am and 5pm at the Reception Desk, City Hall, Anglesea Street, Cork and during opening hours at all Cork City Council Libraries and at the link below. Submissions on the draft Bye-Laws may be made in writing to the Transportation Division, Room 114, City Hall, Cork, before 5pm on Monday the 12th of June 2017.
